Hosted in an intimate café setting, Summer Reset: Stretch & Sip combines gentle, beginner-friendly movement with a cozy post-class social moment—creating space to move your body and unwind in good company.
This women-only experience is intentionally designed to feel welcoming, relaxed, and supportive, whether you’re completely new to Pilates or simply looking for a softer, more mindful way to move.
After class, stay and enjoy a drink, connect with others, and soak in a slow summer morning together.
